OUR POLICIES

  • Children and pets are welcome in five of our cottages.
  • Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is noon.
  • Master Card & Visa are accepted and corporate rates are available.
  • Non-smoking B&B.
Securing a reservation:
A reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of your stay (for two nights or more). For a one night stay, full payment is required in advance.

Canceling a reservation:
For reservations made prior to 6 months from arrival, longer stays and/or multiple rooms: refunds will be made (less a $25 service charge) only if cancellations are at least 30 days in advance of arrival date.

Otherwise refunds will be made (less a $25 service charge) only if cancellations are at least 14 days in advance of arrival date.

** A two night minimum stay is required on weekends May 1 through October 31 and during holidays
